STANDARD DELIVERY

 

Your order will be delivered by various curries in 3-5 working days.  International Standard Delivery may take up to 15days de pendant on each country and location. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

 

Please note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products, size, colour.

 

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
 

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 

 

Can I buy your products at a physical store? 

 

No all products are sold online and no store or shop collection.

 

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

 

To begin your return, please contact us using form or email . Log in using your order number and the email address associated with your order. You can find your order number on the order confirmation

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

You have 14 days to return items from the date of delivery.

 

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and designer tags attached to them. Please handle light-coloured clothes and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether you will be keeping the item.

 

Items must be unwashed and unworn, with all labels and tags still intact – unfortunately, we can’t accept them in any other condition.
 

We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to WEHEMBA.

 

We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.

 

We will only reimburse you if the return procedure is followed properly.   

 

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN SHIPMENT?

 

You will be notified by mail, once your return shipment has reached our warehouse. Our support team will process your refund within five business days. The item cost will be reimbursed to your original payment method.

 

I NEED A NEW RETURN FORM

 

If you need a new return form, please contact our customer service department.

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

 

Unfortunately we cannot exchange your order. If you need a different size, please place a new order via our website. We advise you to check the section ‘size and fit’ on the product page for size guidance. Do not hesitate to reach out to our support team for fit, style and size guidance. You can reach us by mail, phone and chat.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?

 

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

FRAUD PREVENTION

 

To help us to prevent fraud, We may require documentation to verify a Customer’s details or may require a landline telephone number. Card Fraud is illegal, and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

 

The following documentation may be required to complete our due diligence checks –

Personal identification - Photo ID - (Passport, Driving Licence or Birth Certificate)

 

Front and back of all cards used on the account (Please remember to block out the middle 6 digits on the front of the card, and the 3 digit CVS on the back)

Failure to comply with the verification checks will result in the order being cancelled

We reserve the right to cancel any order we do not believe to be genuine

 

If we identify a transaction as being potentially fraudulent we may ask our courier to return the goods to our warehouse, we may cancel your order even though you will have received the Order Confirmation email.
